Shared Presence, Lived Experience, Ongoing Relationship

The innerdance unfolds through individual experience, yet it has always been shaped in relationship—with people, places, sound, and shared inquiry. Over time, a global community has formed around the process through gatherings, trainings, sessions, collaborations, and quiet personal practice.

This community page offers orientation to that wider field. It is not a representation of one voice or one way of engaging, but a collection of lived contexts in which the innerdance has been encountered and held.

There is no single path into the community, and no expectation of participation beyond what feels resonant for you.

Within the Innerdance community, you may encounter:

  • Shared gatherings and events

  • Training spaces and study pathways

  • Facilitators offering sessions in diverse contexts

  • Reflections and personal sharings from lived experience

You are welcome to explore at your own pace and follow what resonates.

A Living Community

The innerdance community includes people from diverse cultural, professional, and personal backgrounds. Some engage through sessions or events, others through study, facilitation, or long-term listening practices. Some remain closely involved, while others pass through briefly and carry the experience into their lives in quiet ways.

What connects these expressions is a shared orientation toward presence, inner authority, and respect for individual experience.

Moments from the Community

Gatherings, Trainings, and Shared Spaces

Innerdance has been shared through group sessions, facilitator trainings, immersions, and community gatherings across many parts of the world. These moments take place in a wide range of settings—from intimate rooms to larger communal spaces, online and in person.

The images shared here offer glimpses into those contexts. They are not intended to define the experience or suggest what may happen, but to reflect the diversity of ways the process has been held and encountered over time.

Voices From the Community

"What is already apparent for me has been an expanding sense of creativity, vitality and energy flow in my body. It will take time for me to discern how I have grown and changed, and I intend to continue exploring innerdance and sharing it with others."

Facilitator Network

Finding Supportive Spaces to Explore

Facilitators within the innerdance community work in varied contexts and cultures, offering sessions in different formats and settings. What they share is a commitment to presence, non-directivity, and respect for the autonomy of each participant.

The facilitator network exists to help people find offerings that feel aligned with their needs, location, and circumstances.

Facilitators listed here have completed recognized training pathways through Innerdance Trust. Each brings their own background, scope of practice, and way of holding space. Participation in sessions remains self-directed, and facilitation does not replace professional medical or mental health care.

Ways to Get Involved

The innerdance community includes many forms of connection—some in shared physical spaces, others online, and some through quiet participation at a distance. You are welcome to engage in ways that feel supportive and appropriate for you.

You might choose to:

  • Attend a session or gathering
Participate in guided group sessions, one-to-one offerings, or community events held online or in person.

  • Explore soundscapes independently
Engage with the innerdance through curated sound journeys, at your own pace and in your own space.

  • Study or train with others
Join courses or training pathways that offer shared inquiry, learning, and reflection over time.

  • Connect through online community spaces
Participate in online groups and social platforms where updates, reflections, and shared experiences are exchanged. These spaces are optional and vary in tone and level of engagement.

  • Find a facilitator
Connect with facilitators offering sessions in different regions and formats.

Engagement may shift over time. There is no expectation to participate in all spaces, and no hierarchy of involvement. You are welcome to follow what feels most aligned in each phase of your relationship with the innerdance. Online community spaces are moderated to support respectful dialogue and shared learning. Participation is voluntary, and members are encouraged to engage with discernment and care.
