This 100-hour, (8) week online intensive is for anyone new to the process wanting to go deeper, those familiar with the work - intending it for personal growth, and those experienced with the work also interested in facilitation.

Facilitation Course & Immersion
Origins and Ancient Futures
The 8-day (65HR) process will be conducted as both an intensive learning experience and a deep immersion into the innerdance process. Through the Foundations of Energy School, Principles of Facilitation, and a practical approach to the Innerdance Playlists, participants gain a fundamental understanding of the innerdance process and basic skills to facilitate online or in-person.

This introductory weekend is an intensive in-person immersion to help orient people with this work in an intimate retreat setting. Participants are welcome to join this immersion for personal growth and development or to gain in-person experience with a curiosity to facilitate this work at a later point in time.

This 11-week course is an in-depth study program with a strong foundation in self-learning and practice. It requires a shared level of commitment dedicated to weekly journaling, journeying and gathering together on zoom.
