This 100-hour, online intensive is for anyone new to the process wanting to go deeper, those familiar with the work - intending it for personal growth, and those experienced with the work also interested in facilitation.

Origins and Ancient Futures

The 8-day (65HR) process will be conducted as both an intensive learning experience and a deep immersion into the innerdance process. Through the Foundations of Energy School, Principles of Facilitation, and a practical approach to the Innerdance Playlists, participants gain a fundamental understanding of the innerdance process and basic skills to facilitate online or in-person.
