Each day we will journey deeper into the energetics of our Chakra system through what is called, Colour Flow sessions. This will allow you to connect more intimately with each chakra, gaining insights to bring into your innerdance experiences. These activities will help you to shift through what may be blocked or out of balance to create more alignment and help you return to Wholeness. ​
