Serena is available for individual and small group online sessions. From a diverse background of possible integration points, practices and techniques, Serena is able to dive deep into many aspects of the spiritual journey and integration process.

Serena works with the InnerWaves Method, innerdance process, wholeness mapping, reiki, family constellations, sound healing, regression therapy, brain entrainment techniques, insight readings (cards, stones, birth chart, I-Ching etc.), guided meditation, channeled messages, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and other psycho-spiritual approaches towards harmonic integration of energy and information. She also works with nutrition and herbal medicine to holistically support the physical body systems.

Serena is a health professional, wholeness practitioner, reiki master, Global Ecovillage Network ambassador, and life systems coach. She graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Culture and Communication and a minor in Graphic Design and Technology. She is currently studying a Master's degree in Public Health at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
