Serena is available for online semi-private, small group sessions. From a diverse background of possible integration points, practices and techniques, Serena is able to dive deep into many aspects of the spiritual journey and integration process. A small group session can help support a group of friends or family members, be part of a celebration or ceremony, or offer individual readings and attunements in a semi-private setting. Small group sessions are 2.5 to 3 hours long depending on the group size. Serena works with innerdance soundscapes, wholeness mapping, reiki, family constellations, sound healing, regression therapy, brain entrainment techniques, insight readings (cards, stones, birth chart, I-Ching etc.), guided meditation, channeled messages, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and other psycho-spiritual approaches towards harmonic integration of energy and information. Although most clients choose to work with innerdance soundscapes during sessions, clients are welcome to request other modalities or a combined approach. Once a session is booked, the registering client will be contacted within 24 hours to directly arrange and confirm appointment details.
