What to Expect

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into a cozy space. We invite you to bring an object or gift for the alter. This can be something you take home with you afterwards, or something that is gifted back to the earth.

For extended comfort throughout the experience, please consider bringing the following items with you: 

  • Water

  • Journal & pen

  • Blanket or sweater if you tend to get cold

  • An eye mask or anything to place over your eyes

  • Anything else that can help you feel more comfortable
