Innerdance sessions offer ways to explore the process and energy with varying levels of support, pacing, and shared presence. Some are self-led, others involve facilitators, and a special few bring people together in shared space and time.
Solo Innerdance
(Self-Guided
Listening)
Explore innerdance through curated soundscapes to use privately—at home, outdoors, or wherever you feel comfortable. These tracks support presence, internal awareness, and subtle shifts without direct facilitation.

Best for: independent exploration / personal rhythm

What to Expect
Session expectations: A brief orientation
-
Sessions typically invite you to rest comfortably while sound and music guide the experience, allowing attention to shift inward in a natural and unforced way.
-
Sound serves as the primary guide, while facilitators help hold a safe, supportive environment through presence and witnessing rather than instruction or interpretation.
-
There are no intended outcomes. Each session unfolds differently, and nothing specific is expected to happen.
-
Experiences may include stillness, movement, imagery, emotion, insight, or quiet awareness—or may feel subtle and spacious.
-
Sessions are held with respect for personal boundaries and self-regulation, encouraging participants to listen to their own bodies and engage at a pace that feels appropriate.
Practical Considerations
Innerdance sessions are exploratory experiences and are not a replacement for medical, psychological, or mental health care. Facilitators do not diagnose or treat conditions. Participants are encouraged to honor their own boundaries and seek supportive professional care when needed.

If you’re unsure which format is right for you, consider booking a discovery call with Serena to discuss the process further.

Continuing the Exploration

For some, experiencing Innerdance naturally leads to curiosity about how the process is held, shared, or facilitated. Training pathways are available for those interested in deeper study, integration, or supporting others’ experiences.

For some, sessions are a standalone experience. For others, they become a point of connection within a wider community of shared listening.
