The program is designed for monthly enrollment, with flexible start options that allow participants to begin when timing, availability, and cohort alignment are right—rather than adhering to fixed global dates.

The 8-Module Learning Framework

The course unfolds across eight modules, each designed to build understanding gradually while remaining grounded in lived experience rather than technique alone.

Modules explore themes such as:

  • Foundations of the innerdance process and facilitation ethics

  • Sound, perception, and states of awareness

  • Nervous system regulation and self-attunement

  • Holding space, witnessing, and non-directivity

  • Group dynamics and collective fields

  • Integration, language, and aftercare

  • Facilitator presence and responsibility

  • Embodying the work beyond sessions

Each module includes recorded teachings, guided reflections, and experiential components that can be revisited at your own pace.

Live Zoom Call Structure

(9 Calls)

The live calls provide relational support, experiential practice, and space for inquiry.

Call Flow

  1. Opening Call – introductions, orientation, course materials, and an innerdance session

  2. Module Calls (Calls 2–8) – one call per module, combining discussion, practice, and integration

  3. Closing Call – reflection, integration, and completion

Calls may be held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on cohort preference and scheduling needs.

Monthly Enrollment & Cohort Formation

New cohorts are formed at the beginning of each month.

When enrolling, participants select:

  • Preferred month(s) to begin within a 6-month window

  • Ideal and alternative availability blocks

  • Whether they are enrolling solo, with others, or as a group

A cohort begins once at least two participants have overlapping availability within the same month.

Cohorts are intentionally kept small (typically 2–6 participants, with a maximum of 8) to support relational learning and partner practice when appropriate.

Ways to Enroll

Participants may enroll in one of the following ways:

  • Solo enrollment – individuals are matched into an aligned cohort

  • Enroll with a friend or small group – participants join together and agree on a shared schedule

  • Group or regional collaboration – organizations or facilitators bringing training to a specific community or region

Each pathway offers the same curriculum, with differences in scheduling flexibility and cohort formation.

Tuition & Cost Considerations

Tuition is structured to support accessibility while honoring the depth, duration, and live support included in the program.

  • A base tuition of $1350 USD applies to individual enrollment

  • A registration fee of $250 USD is required per person upon confirmation of enrollment

  • Reduced rates are available for:

    • Open enrollment

    • Larger cohorts formed through open enrollment

    • Pre-planned group enrollments

    • Small groups enrolling together

  • Payment plans are available

  • Pay-in-full options include an additional discount

  • Scholarships may be available

Discounts vary based on how you enroll, final cohort size, and whether the cohort is open or private. Exact pricing and available options are outlined during registration once enrollment details are selected.

Registration

Enrollment is ongoing, with new cohorts forming monthly.

During registration, you’ll be guided to select:

  • Preferred start month(s)

  • Availability windows

  • Enrollment type (solo, group, open cohort)

Before you Register

During registration, you may enroll as an individual, with a friend or group, or indicate openness to joining others. These selections help guide cohort formation, scheduling, and available pricing options.

Availability selections are used for alignment rather than strict scheduling. You’ll have an opportunity to confirm call times once a cohort is forming.

Once a cohort is aligned, you’ll receive confirmation along with next steps to begin.

Tuition is based on enrollment type, final cohort size, and payment preference. Any applicable discounts are confirmed once a cohort is aligned. A $250 registration fee is required to initiate the enrollment process. This amount counts towards the final tuition costs.

After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining what to expect next. We’ll be in touch as soon as a cohort with aligned availability is forming, or if any clarification is needed.
