If you are already an innerdance facilitator and would like to begin holding your own training programs for the innerdance process, this is the right option for you. Our teachers training program is a long-term commitment with a small group of facilitators over eight months. The training cohort will design an online facilitation course and work together to present the materials and learning objectives to course participants. The facilitator of this program, Serena Olsen, will work alongside training participants to build understanding and comprehension of a diverse range of topics relevant to facilitating the innerdance process and holding facilitator training programs. This program offers opportunities for personal development, networking, and community building alongside teaching experience, tools, and guidelines for creating your own workshops, immersions, and trainings. Participants who meet the minimum requirements for conducting research with human populations will have the opportunity to participate in academic research studies.
