Join us online in the innerdance zoom womb for a group experience session.  The music and soundscape will be created live during the session with DJing technology and an intitutive flow of the innerdance wave.  Each session is different and unique to the moment.  This session will be guided by Serena Olsen as DJ and space holder.

How the session works: Participants are welcome to grab a pair of headphones or a speaker, prepare a comfortable place to lay down, dim the lighting, burn an incense, candle, or diffuse some oils, and relax.  We begin each journey by closing our eyes and connecting to the breath and the sound of the music.  There are no specific rules to this work.  Trust and openness are key.  With a little guidance, the supportive quality of sound, and a willingness to surrender to the moment, the moment has the potential to unfold with unlimited possibility.
