Join us online in two different time zones for a group experience session.  The Asia/Australia time zone will be synchronized with the innerdance global family gathered together for an innerdance immersion taking place in Australia.  (The USA/Europe time zone will take place online only)  

Music and soundscape will be created live during the sessions with DJing technology and an intitutive flow of the innerdance wave.  Each session is different and unique to the moment.  These sessions will be mixed live by Serena Olsen.

How the session works: Participants are welcome to grab a pair of headphones or a speaker, prepare a comfortable place to lay down, dim the lighting, burn an incense, candle, or diffuse some oils, and relax.  We begin each journey by closing our eyes and connecting to the breath and the sound of the music.  There are no specific rules to this work.  Trust and openness are key.  With a little guidance, the supportive quality of sound, and a willingness to surrender to the moment, the moment has the potential to unfold with unlimited possibility.
