This Fulfillment & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to purchases, bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and access to offerings provided by Innerdance Global LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of www.innerdancetrust.com (“the website”).

These policies are intended to ensure transparency, set clear expectations, and protect both participants and Innerdance Trust. By placing an order, booking a session, or registering for any offering through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Offerings & Fulfillment

Innerdance Trust currently offers digital goods and online or in-person services only. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Products & Courses

  • Digital products (including recordings, soundscapes, and self-paced courses) are typically available immediately upon purchase.

  • Advanced or pre-release recordings will be delivered via email once the content becomes available.

  • Online courses without live components are accessible immediately after purchase.

  • Online courses with live calls and scheduled sessions will include additional fulfillment details upon payment confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Online Events (Single Sessions or Group Events)

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled event may receive either:

    • a full refund, or

    • an invitation to attend a future event of equivalent value.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
    We will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative option when possible.

One-to-One (1:1) Sessions

1:1 sessions involve dedicated preparation time and scheduling commitment.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling is available at no additional charge when requested within this timeframe.

  • If you cancel and choose not to reschedule, you may receive a 70% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 36 hours in advance are not refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days, subject to availability.

1:1 Session Packages

  • You may request cancellation of a session package with a 70% refund within 7 days after your first session.

  • No refunds are available once two or more sessions from a package have been attended.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with 24 hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $20 rebooking fee.

Online Courses (Self-Paced / No Live Calls)

  • These courses include a 24-hour money-back guarantee.

  • If requested within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund may be issued.

  • After 24 hours and up to 7 days from purchase, you may request a 50% refund.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to apply your purchase as credit toward another offering, subject to availability.

Online Courses With Live Calls

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date may receive:

    • a full refund, or

    • credit to attend a future course of equivalent value.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may receive:

    • a 50% refund, or

    • credit to attend a future course.

  • If the course has started and you have not yet attended any live sessions, you may transfer your participation to a future course of equivalent value.

  • If you have attended two or more live sessions, refund eligibility is no longer guaranteed; however, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis and make reasonable efforts to accommodate where possible.

In-Person Courses, Immersions, or Retreats

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start date may receive:

    • a full refund, or

    • credit toward a future course of equivalent value.

  • Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior may receive:

    • a 50% refund, or

    • credit toward a future course.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date:

    • You may cancel up to 24 hours after the course begins and receive credit toward a future course of equivalent value.

  • If you have attended one or more full days of an in-person offering and can no longer continue, we will review your request individually and do our best to offer reasonable alternatives.

Consumer Rights & International Notice

This policy is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States and internationally. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive rights that cannot be excluded under applicable local, national, or international law.

Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights will take precedence over this policy.

Health, Responsibility & Disclaimer

Innerdance offerings are experiential and educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health care. Innerdance Trust and its facilitators do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical or therapeutic services.

Participation is voluntary and self-directed. Participants are responsible for honoring their own boundaries and seeking professional support when needed. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Changes, Cancellations & Technical Issues

Innerdance Trust reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel offerings due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including facilitator availability, technical issues, or unforeseen events. In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or credit of equivalent value.

We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems or device incompatibility, though reasonable support will be offered when possible.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Innerdance Global LLC is legally registered, without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable in the participant’s country of residence.

Notice Regarding Specific Offerings

This policy provides general guidance. Specific cancellation and refund terms may vary by offering and will be clearly stated in event listings, registration pages, or confirmation emails. Where differences exist, the terms provided at the time of purchase will apply.
