Online Learning Modules: Opens on 1st of May 2025*

We invite you to a shared space of trust, vulnerability, and transformation. The innerdance process is not for the faint of heart or those just looking to scratch the surface of their inner being. When we trust the process, innerdance has a powerful ability to initiate deep healing and accelerated growth.

The innerdance provides a safe space for curious exploration, deep inquiry, insight, and profound shifts in awareness both internally and externally.  For all who choose to lay down, close their eyes and trust, this process offers both an intimate and collective experience for the depths of the soul and the furthest reaches of humanity.

*Participants can register for the full retreat program and begin the online components after 1st of May. There is no requirement to complete the online learning modules before the retreat and online materials come with lifetime access.

Details

This course is for anyone who is:

• new to the innerdance and curious to learn more about the process and/or facilitation,

• already experienced with the innerdance and would like to journey deeper into the work,

• interested to incorporate this work with other practices, skills, modalities or professions,

• interested to include innerdance frameworks when facilitating workshops, retreats or immersions.

  **There is no requirement to begin facilitating after the completion of this course; participants are welcome to join for personal growth and development or the possibility of holding sessions at a later date in time.

The retreat and experiential process:

• Connect with like-hearted souls and dreamers who are committed to being together in shared space and time.

• Practice a variety of bodywork and energy work techniques.

• Experience the uniqueness of the collective moment as it emerges.

• Catalyze inner exploration and the deconstruction of illusions.

• Journey through dream states, psychedelics, near death experiences, kundalini awakening, life regression, birth visions and so much more. 

• Tap into sounds and instruments that subconsciously alter our perceptions, interpretations, and fields of resonance. 

• Explore sound to gain a greater awareness of the effects of vibration beyond our ears. 

The training course:

Access to online learning materials opens on May 1st!

Participants will have access to all online training modules prior to the retreat. The online portion of the training program consists of video learning and discussion questions. These components are a key part of the Facilitator Training Program as they provide participants with a thorough understanding of science and theory related to the innerdance process.

Using the Foundations of Energy School, dimensions of Wholeness Systems Learning, and a practical approach to Innerdance Playlists, participants will gain a fundamental understanding of the innerdance process and skills to facilitate online or in-person.  

Due to the intensive and immersive nature of innerdance retreats, the majority of theory and science will be covered in the online modules and the retreat will concentrate on experiential learning and practice. During the retreat, all participants will gain a basic knowledge of the innerdance frameworks and theories that help us deepen into the in-person components. A lifetime access to online learning modules ensure that all retreat participants have access to the deeper scientific and theoretical understandings of the innerdance process and can be completed over time. Online access begins on May 1st!

What is Energy School?

By looking at energy concepts through a variety of lenses across many disciplines of study, the Energy School is designed to both dismantle and rebuild internalized perspectives on life towards a more unified whole. It supports symbiotic relationships within ourselves, between each other, and with our world, through embedded wisdom and a deep experience of Wholeness. Energy School empowers participants to activate and remember the innate healing capacity within each and every one of us.

How to get here

Skeppsudden is located just 30 min outside Norrköping, and 1 hour drive from Skavsta airport. A serene spot next to the sea.

To arrive from Stockholm C with public transport, take train, or the bus, to Norrköping C. There is a local bus close to Skeppsudden, where we will pick you up.
