Join us online in the innerdance zoom womb for a global group experience session in two different time zones.  The music will be created live with DJing technology and an intitutive flow of the innerdance wave.  Each session is different and unique.  This soundscape will be mixed live by Shamanic DJ (Serena Olsen).

SPECIAL SOLSTICE PREMIERE:

The soundscape for these gatherings includes all new music never heard before during sessions with Shamanic DJ.  As Serena expands her production of brainwave sounds, tones and frequencies, she is starting to infuse her own music within her intuitive soundscape mixing.  These Solstice Sessions pair together unique sounds created by Shamanic DJ with the beauty of many other talented artists from around the world. 

HOW THE SESSIONS WORK:

We begin each session with short introductions from all the online participants to help us get to know each other before laying down.  For the soundscape, participants are welcome to grab a pair of headphones or a speaker, prepare a comfortable place to lay down, dim the lights, burn an incense, candle, or diffuse some oils, and relax.  The journey starts by closing our eyes, connecting to the breath, the sound of the music and a quiet space within.  There are no specific rules to this work.  Trust and openness are key.  With a little guidance, the supportive quality of sound, and a willingness to surrender to the moment, the moment has the potential to unfold with unlimited possibility.  Soundscapes last about 70-90min.  After the end of the soundscape, we gather back together in the zoom space to share about our experiences.  This closing circle is part of the re-integration process.
